Wilma Flintstone
The former Miss Slaghoople (also Pebble) is the wife of caveman, Fred Flintstone. She sports red hair, a white off the shoulder dress and a large white boulder necklace that has become her signature piece.
Wilma is the daughter of Pearl Slaghoople, mother of Pebbles Flintstone and best friend to her next door neighbor, Betty Rubble.
Being a homemaker, Wilma keeps their cave clean by using such prehistoric aids as a baby elephant vacuum cleaner, pelican washing machine, stork’s head for a mop, porcupine dish scrubber and so forth. Wilma also worked out of the home in the episodes, “The Happy Household” and “Operation Switchover.”
Wilma is level-headed and thoughtful, often chastising Fred for his antics and keeping him on the straight and narrow.
